While the packing team was excellent—professional, careful, and efficient—the post-shipment communication was unclear and frustrating at first.
However, I want to acknowledge how ISS Relocations handled my feedback. Their management team responded thoughtfully, explained the reasons for the delay, and provided a clear timeline for delivery. They also committed to regular updates and shared tracking details promptly after my review. This level of attention and accountability shows they truly value customer feedback and work to resolve issues.
Delays can happen in international shipping, especially with groupage containers, but what matters most is how a company responds—and ISS Relocations demonstrated professionalism and care in addressing my concerns. I appreciate their transparency and follow-up, and I’m satisfied with the resolution.
