I have moved both locally and internationally many times during my life. At the age of 60 you collect prized positions and many are not only fragile but have nostalgic memories attached to them. The ISS team starting from the Survey conducted by the very kind and well informed Aanchal Ahuja to the 6 team members guided by the most wonderful and experienced supervisor Mr Mohsen, they conducted what I can simply describe as “Perfection” , the care they took in handling the 10’a of fragile items to the extensive rapping and boxing of item, to the attention applied in the well organised packing, to the handling and moving the packed items into trucks and onward to a local location or items for storage. Followed by the unpacking on the other end. I have to rate them 120%. I highly recommended ISS for any moving requirements.

I approached ISS to move from Jeddah to Dubai and they where the most flexible , helpful, and prossefional services a person can hope for. We recently used ISS relocations for moving from Estonia to the UAE. As there aren’t a number of providers that service Estonia, ISS went out of their way to research, compare and provide us with the best quotes. Shamsher in Dubai is incredible at customer service. All calls attended to promptly, all messages responded to on time. He is also very friendly and provided inputs on how to handle delivery at the receiving end. We are still awaiting our shipment but I have no doubt in my mind that ISS will exceed our expectations as it has been in the last 2 months. ISS Relocations are very recomendable. Fast reaction on our offer request, immediate pre-inspection in Doha. Excellent and friendly packing team, totally professional. All our boxes arrived in Germany without any damage. Aiming to the present international situation with reagrds to containers and shipment facilities, the transport from Doha to Mainz took a nit more than 5 months……however, I would not count this as fault of ISS. Thanks again for the good service.

I have had the privilege to use relocations services provided by ISS: Vaibhav and Abdul Irfan, for shipping my car from Doha – Qatar to Dubai – UAE. I delivered my car with the required documentation on Thursday afternoon in Doha and received it in Dubai on Sunday morning. Vaibhav professionalism and know how, making sure all documentation was complete and correct along with a great sense of coordination and attention to details was outstanding. Irfan’s follow up and execution was exceptional and key to making this shipment happen in a timely manner
