GWS 2022 Lighter Side: A Celebration of Life, Love, and Global Friendship

This guide will direct you on how to network, relax, and connect between the sessions at the Global Workforce Symposium.
The Worldwide ERC®’s Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) is happening in just a few weeks from October 25-28th with 1,300 global mobility professionals attending from all around the world.
As a part of this year’s theme “Game On,” our sponsors are hosting fun events (Free!) to entertain and engage attendees between keynote speakers and informative professional sessions. Our recommendations will help you make the most of your time at GWS2022.

Tuesday night, come join us in celebrating GWS’ triumphant return with style. Grab some friends and enjoy delicious hors-d’oeuvres and drinks on us while Liz Martin gets the party started with great music. The Welcome Back party will be held in Margaux so you can take in breathtaking views of Wynn Las Vegas’ golf course from our window seats.
Break a Sweat
Wednesday, 26 October | 7-8 a.m.
Join the Young Professional Task Force for a morning boot camp workout. This early workout will give you plenty of time to catch Keynote Speaker Eric Boles at 9am.
Mix & Mingle
Wednesday, 26 October | 4-7 p.m.
To top off an excellent global conference, be sure to attend the happy hour hosted by IMPACT Group in the Exhibit Hall! There will be drinks & snacks available, as well as many opportunities to converse with other participants. While you’re chatting, take a minute or two to listen to the short presentations at different booths.
Passport of Prizes Winner Announcement
Thursday, 27 October | 6 p.m.
Stamp your Gold Passport at various booths in the Exhibit Hall throughout the conference to be entered into raffles and prize draws. The GWS raffle drawing will take place on Thursday, with winners being announced in the Exhibit Hall at 6 p.m. If you are not present during the announcement, you cannot claim your prizes.
Be Ready for Your Close-up

Take this opportunity to get some new, professional headshots from GWS. Collect your headshot token from the Aires booth in the Exhibition Hall and use it to sit for a complimentary photo.
Connect With A Coffee
