I recently used ISS relocation to send my brothers personal belongings across to Australia(Melbourne) from Dubai . From the moment I contacted ISS relocation team to project completion - ISS team was with me , supporting me and giving me timely updates. I have to specially thank Sunny and RK as they were super supportive in all queries I had. It took few weeks for my brother to receive the item but the most important part is that every little piece inside those boxes whether fragile or not , reached safely in the hands of my brother without any damages whatsoever. Just shows the expert level involved in their packing methods and style. A special mention and thank you to their packing team who was involved in securing my packages with brilliant packing materials. We did our second move with them. Great, easy and fast communication. Came to the house and did a pre check to have a look at the stuff and give you a quote. On the day of the delivery there were several guys coming to the house and packed all of our stuff very gentle and with super care. The whole export went smoothly and our homegoods arrived all safe and wrapped perfectly. Thanks a lot!!

They went above and beyond i am guessing most of the employees did not known who i am:) my wife was satisfied over the top 🙏🏽 for me it means a-lot 😂 their planing team might treat u as a standard operation but operation team if you treat them right will let you be the king 🙏🏽

The intial contact for relocation and quotation was well handled. My destination was unclear between KSA and Malaysia. Reynold was very patient and assuaring me the best service.It was decided that it will be shipped to KSA. They sent me the boxes earlier and the packer who came was fast and proffessional. I needed extra boxes and it was delivered promptly.Unfortunately the destination changed ro Malaysia - No problem. Marj then took over and handled everything. She kept me updated since March and now the KL partner has taken over. Relocations are stressfull but both of them made it stress free.Will recommend.

The guys that came to pack, Ans, Jamshed and Ihsan, were all great guys. They packed everything perfectly. If I were just reviewing those guys in would be 10 out of 10. I haven't yet received my goods on the US side so I can't say how the rest of the company is. But in the UAE these guys will definitely secure your good perfectly. Maybe I'll update on the US side, we'll see how the service is there.

I had an amazing experience with ISS relocations, from my first contact they were all so helpful and professional and were clearly passionate and experts in their field. Ramesh was my main contact and he was so helpful, informative and he made my move out so easy and stress free and always at the end of the phone. The removal team were so careful and amazing, I would highly recommend the company.

I had used the service of ISS relocation to shift my household items as part of my TR from Dubai to Delhi in June 2023. Anish had come to do the survey and he explained everything in detail, which was very helpful, since there are a lot of questions & doubts you have. A quotation was shared in a few days where everything was mentioned very clearly & there were no charges on top of that. The team packed the products well and kept me informed throughout the transit of the goods. The service part in India was good but one are where they lacked was with assembling of Ikea products, which again was informed in Dubai itself, but if this part could also be taken care of it would be brilliant. But overall it was a smooth process.

Our relocation from Dubai to Ranchi(India) was handled by Ravi and his team. It was really smooth and all items were safe in their hands. Packing was done very carefully to ensure no items are damaged. Really happy with their service.

Dealing with ISS team in Dubai, specifically with Mr. Vaibhav Joshi, has been nothing but excellent from the day he contacted me for the first site visit. We had 2 simultaneous shipments from Dubai (Germany & Turkey) and there were a lot of complications, extra work & coordination needed due to personal circumstances over a period of several months. Packing shipment was done professionally but sea shipment had taken around 50 days to reach destination.
