A merger agreement between Roldo Rent and Varodarent has been reached, with Varodarent joining Roldo Rent. Both companies provide moving materials (durable).
The combined company will be able to grow faster and provide better service to its customers due to the expansion of its logistics network and rental pool.In the field of customer-specific load carriers, Varodarent’s addition to Rotom will strengthen Rotom’s portfolio as a full-service provider and rental company. As a result, we are able to offer Varodarent’s relations a broader range of logistic services not only in the Netherlands but also in several European countries,” commented Arjan Kuiper (CEO of Rotom Europe) and Gerard Geijtenbeek (Director Roldo Rent).

Roldo Rent is part of Rotom Group, which provides companies with logistics resources for transport and storage throughout Europe. It now has 26 own branches serving the European market, creating an even stronger rental branch. The company is able to handle the entire logistics of load carriers in the customer’s supply chain, from the production site to the end-of-chain collection, with a single point of contact and a network of locations throughout Europe.
Rotom Europe aims to become the European leader in sustainable load carriers and related services, including rentals, repairs, maintenance, and circular solutions. By 2022, the group is expected to have sales exceeding €220 MLN. More than 500 people work for Rotom Group, 200 of whom are based in the Netherlands.
